We are pleased to announce that our first Food Banks/Pantries to be served are Out of the Garden, BackPack Beginnings, and Greensboro Urban Ministry. We want to thank Don Milholen of Out of the Garden, Parker White of BackPack Beginnings, and Rev. Mike Aiken of Greensboro Urban Ministry for their support in establishing A Simple Gesture in Greensboro. These three organizations are very capable of timely distribution of the food donated by the volunteer donors of A Simple Gesture.
As our food donations grow, we will certainly consider other Food Banks/Pantries in our community.
